Registration will be held on Wednesday, May 21 from 6:00-9:00PM at the Lake Building in Burlington Township (directions below).

[  ] Notarized Medical Release Forms
[  ] Permission to Travel (out of state teams only)

Route 295 to Exit 47B (Route 541)

Continue .3 mile and use jughandle to cross over Route 541 onto Sunset Road (just after Wendy's)

Continue .6 mile and make a right onto Rancocas Road

Continue .6 mile and make a left onto 14th Street

Continue .3 mile and make a left onto Lake Ave.

Continue .1 mile to Lake Building on your left
